Idaho 7 is a dual-purpose American hop released in 2015 by Jackson Hop Farm in Wilder, Idaho. It features high alpha acids (9–15%) and a potent, complex profile of juicy tropical fruits (apricot, papaya, pineapple), zesty tangerine citrus, resiny pine, and a distinct herbal black tea note.
